Your young athlete will learn: *Mental approach, dealing with adversity and making adjustments *Hitting fundamentals and timing *Pitching mechanics, developing off speed pitches, increasing velocity and arm care *Fielding drills to develop players to play all positions Personal Training- Learn how to utilize your time at the gym best- learn proper technique and form and how to increase strength and endurance.
